I came in for an oil & lube service and also had a nail in my tire. I’ve been a customer at the South Ogden Les Schwab location for about five years, and I’ve consistently had great experiences here. I’m always greeted as soon as I’m getting out of my car. Everyone is kind, helpful, and honest. More often than not, I see employees literally running to help customers! They make me feel like my business is important and that I’m going to receive honest, quality service. Most importantly, I trust the people here. I feel confident asking for their advice and knowing they’ll give me an honest recommendation. Thank you to all of the employees at the South Ogden Les Schwab for taking such good care of me and my car over the years! I truly appreciate you!

Their manager Ezra and his crew helped me replace two of my front tires. They were so kind and efficient. The whole process reminds me of why I always end up choosing Les Schwab. These guys at this location, know their stuff and their customer service!

I painted my extra set of OE wheels black, and had Les Schwab of South Ogden mount and balance my new A/T tires. When I picked up my wheels, I spoke with the manager. I asked him if they were Road Forced balanced. He said no, that he only performed that type of balancing if the customer was highly sensitive to vibrations. He indicated that my set of wheels and tires balanced surprisingly well as 3 did not take any weights and 1 only minimal. He said that if I had any issues, to come back and he would resolve them. I went back three days later. I had a strong vibration around 75 MPH on the highway. I waited an hour and a half for the manager to then tell me that I would need to pay an additional $19.99 per tire for balancing as I did not purchase the tires from Les Schwab. I was so surprised. Here is the same manager who acknowledged that they were not Road Force balanced, and said to me directly if there was any issue that he would take care of it. This was not the world-class customer service and support that Les Schwab touts. I did not get the professional service using the best and expected method for balancing for which I originally paid $52.99 per tire - and then they would no

They were fair and honest. Getting new tires isn't usually something I look forward to, but this Les Schwab made the whole process surprisingly easy. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had the kind of relaxed atmosphere where you don't mind sitting for a while. The employees stayed busy, but they still took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that they explained everything in plain English instead of trying to overwhelm me with technical jargon. What I enjoy most is how they treat customers like neighbors instead of just another number. You can hear the sounds of the shop in the background, see technicians moving from vehicle to vehicle, and get the sense that everyone takes pride in doing the job right. There wasn't any pressure to buy things I didn't need, just honest recommendations and friendly service. My car drove noticeably smoother when I pulled out of the parking lot, which is always a good sign. The only hard decision I had to make was whether to leave with new tires or another bag of the free popcorn. I'd definitely come back the next time my car needs attention, and I'd have no problem recommending this location to fa
